Many individuals and families begin their journey with neurodiversity feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Whether it’s a child struggling at school or an adult navigating focus, emotions, or sensory challenges, the question is often the same:
“What’s actually going on?”
At Neurodiversity Support UK, I provide neuroprofile assessments and coaching designed to offer clear, practical insight into how someone thinks, learns and experiences the world. These assessments explore patterns linked to all neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, sensory processing differences and emotional regulation, without the need to wait for a formal diagnosis.
For many families, long waiting lists and unclear pathways can delay support. A neuroprofile assessment helps bridge that gap, providing a structured understanding and recommendations that can be used in real life, whether at home, in school, or in the workplace.
For children and teenagers, this often means identifying the reasons behind challenges such as emotional outbursts, difficulty focusing, or masking behaviours that go unnoticed during the school day. For adults, it can bring clarity to lifelong patterns around organisation, overwhelm, or feeling misunderstood.
The goal isn’t to label, but to understand.
Each assessment includes a clear, written report with practical recommendations. This can support conversations with schools, inform EHCP applications, guide workplace adjustments, or simply help individuals and families feel more confident in the next steps they choose to take.
Alongside assessments, I also offer coaching for children, adults and families, and have written many self-help books, helping turn understanding into meaningful, everyday strategies that actually work.
Neurodiverse individuals don’t need to fit into rigid systems. They need support that fits them.
